If you are like me, you will probably also have been surprised by the amount of work that goes into creating an email template. A great email template is important for any business trying to make it. Your email newsletter template should undoubtedly include a lot of news and information about sales, but do remember to include links to your website at various points therein so that the client can easily navigate to your webpage if such is desired.
This doesn't translate to you perpetually embedding your email pics and text with links. I have found that it's best to limit the scope of your information to highlighting a few pertinent points so that visitors can easily navigate to your webpage if they desire. For instance, if you have an icon of the company emblem present, it would be wise to embed a link to your website within that icon. What is also practiced alot, is embedding links in the news and sale sections of your website. I also added a text link at the bottom of the email so clients that read it don't have to scroll back up to click on it.
To maintain professionalism in my email lay-outs, I keep clear a large portion of the mail in order to add introductions and company information. In doing this, I can make it so the email template design is professional and not just spam or begging people to buy from me. Instead of a hard-sell approach, try e-mail strategies that clients will see as establishing a straightforward connection. That is why I have to make sure to make templates that actively reach out to people, so that they will be directed to my website successfully, by thoroughly organizing all the aspects of my email marketing templates.
